Home Inspection

The Devil is in the Details

As an independent InterNACHI certified home inspector, with over 30 years of real,  hands-on experience, I have the flexibility to tailor the inspection to fit the buyer to the house.  Customizing the report, providing illustrations and other documents that address the features of the house. My goal is to provide you with tools to make your decision, and if you do purchase the property, useful information to maintain and protect your investment.

My inspections are two parts. Starting with a 1 to 2 hour, top to bottom, inspection of the house and grounds.

Upon completing the onsite inspection, I review my findings with you. Pointing out items needing attention, or could have possible financial implications. I address all of your questions or concerns before we conclude at the house. My goal is for you to be well informed, and confident to make your critical decisions before we leave.

The second phase of the process is the completion of the report. I take many photos during the inspection, and I review all of them.

Essentially inspecting the property twice.

I provide you a comprehensive report, including photos from the inspection, noting deficiencies, and illustrations with explanations on how to correct them.

The report is e-mailed to you, along with a link to an online file created for you, with the inspection photos and reference materials I have selected on your behalf.
